Delete your account
You do not have to ask permission or give a reason, and you do not need to still have the app installed.
From inside the app — the fastest way
Settings → Account → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm once. The account is deleted straight away.
By email — if you no longer have the app
Email support@tennistrackr.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. Sending from that address is how we know it is you, so we do not have to ask you for anything else.
We action these within two business days and reply to confirm when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in
- Your profile, and the player record you own
- Your matches and every point in them
- Your reports, goals, practice diary and notes
- Your memberships in any families, teams or programs
What may be kept, and why
A player record can belong to more than one person — a child on a team has both parents and coaches attached to it. Where a match or a note is part of somebody else’s record too, it stays with them rather than disappearing from their history when you leave.
If you want that removed as well, say so in your email and we will take care of it.
We also keep the small amount of information the law requires us to, and nothing beyond it.
Deleting one player without deleting your account
If you only want to remove a child or an athlete rather than close your own account, you can do that in the app from that player’s page, or email us and name the player.
Anything unclear, ask: support@tennistrackr.com. The Privacy Policy covers what we hold and why.
